Six Master Athletes showed their form in the London edition of the IAAF Diamond League , in London on the 20 / 21st July.

Piotr Malachowski (36) of Poland was well down on his seasons best of 67.23 metres, in claiming a 5th place in the Discus event, in the London event with 63.81.

Nick Willis (36) from New Zealand was well down the field in the World famous “Emsley Carr Mile” finishing in 11th place, his time of 3:55.45 was however a seasons best.

Both Barbora Spotakova (38) (CZE) and Martina Ratej (37) (SLO) were below their seasons bests, finishing in 6th and 7th places with 61.82 and 60.79 respectively in the Women’s Javelin.

The remaining event with Masters involvement was the Men’s Triple Jump, where both Nelson Evora-35 (POR) and Nathan Douglas 36 (GBR) were also below their season bests with 6th and 7th places with 16.37 and 16.18.
