Collection of Information
The WMA does not collect personal information when you access the web site homepage and browse the web site contents, except in the following circumstances:
- When you register for the e-newsletter service
- When you complete an online form and send it back to us
WMA primary target in collecting personal information is to provide you with information services, like our e-newsletter and if indicated on the form, some offers from third parties like our sponsors or market research. Your information will also help us to work out who uses our web site.
We will not disclose your personal details to third parties, unless you have specified in the e-newsletter sign-up form, or written to us and given your prior permission.
If you decide to join the e-newsletter service the emails you receive may include advertising from sponsors; web sites or events Third Parties. This does not mean your details have been passed on.. In addition, to remove yourself from receiving any further e-newsletters, there is an email address at the bottom of the newsletter to notify us.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested and remove it when you unsubscribe from the service.
If you send emails to any member of the WMA, you should note that the security of Internet email is uncertain. If you send sensitive or confidential email messages, which are not encrypted you accept the risk of possible lack of confidentiality over the Internet.
